Change in the number of shares and votes in Ovzon AB

Ovzon AB (publ) announces today that the total number of shares and votes in Ovzon has increased by 764,178 C-shares and 76,418 votes respectively.

At the beginning of the month, the total number of shares and votes in Ovzon amounted to 111,530,516 shares and 111,530,516 votes. The share capital then amounted to 11,153,052 SEK.

During January, Ovzon issued 764,178 C-shares, which increased the share capital by 76,418 SEK. The issue of the C-shares took place with the support of authorization from the annual general meeting on April 24, 2025. Ovzon repurchased the C-shares immediately after the issue. The shares were issued and repurchased to implement the LTIP 2024 and LTIP 2025 incentive programs.

As of the last trading day in January 2026, the total number of outstanding shares in Ovzon amounts to 112,294,694 of which 111,530,516 are ordinary shares and 764,178 are C-shares. As of the last trading day in January 2026, the number of votes in Ovzon amounts to 111,606,934 and the share capital amounts to 11,229,469 SEK.
