Ovzon is a Swedish public limited company whose share has been listed on the Nasdaq Stockholm since April 2021. During this time, the Company’s corporate governance has been based on Swedish law, Swedish Code of Corporate Governance (the “Code”), Nasdaq Stockholm – Rulebook as well as internal rules and regulations.
